Review generation that asks at the right moment
Customers are most willing to leave a review right after a job goes well. The system asks them then, automatically, and routes any unhappy feedback to you privately so you can make it right.
What it does
- Sends a review request when a job or appointment is marked complete.
- Links customers straight to your Google review page.
- Routes negative feedback to you privately so you can respond.
- Sends one gentle reminder, then stops.
- Alerts you to new reviews so you can reply.
What you get
- Connection to the system where you mark jobs complete
- Review request messages written in your voice
- Private feedback routing to you
- Alerts for new reviews
- Documentation and a short walkthrough
How we build it
Who it is for
- Local businesses competing on Google Maps
- Service companies with happy customers but few reviews
- Owners who forget to ask for reviews after a job
Common questions
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. It does not allow paying for reviews or blocking unhappy customers from leaving one, so we never do either.
What happens with a bad review?
Unhappy feedback comes to you first so you can resolve it. The customer can still leave a public review if they choose.
Does it work by text or email?
Either. Text is only used for customers who have agreed to receive texts from you.
