This Privacy Policy explains how Monolith Labs (registered messaging Brand: Monolith Labs - Sole Proprietor, operated by Jesus Perales as a sole proprietor in San Antonio, Texas) collects, uses and protects information when you visit monolith-labs.ai, contact us, or receive text messages from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Monolith Labs.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and details about your business that you enter in a form on this site, send by email, or share on a call.
Messages you send us: the content of texts, emails and social media messages you send us, along with your phone number or account name and the date and time.
Booking details: the time you choose for a consultation and the contact details you provide with it.

If you only browse this site, we do not ask you for personal information. This site does not use advertising trackers.

To answer your questions and follow up on requests you make.
To schedule, confirm and remind you about consultations you book.
To prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask us for.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you text us at (726) 268-9889, or check the optional text-message box when you book a call on our booking page, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your inquiry: replies to your texts, scheduling details, and confirmations and reminders for consultations you booked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS terms.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates, except with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, messaging provider and customer records system, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
